IT NETWORK ENGINEER

Educational Level : S1

Area Placement : DKI Jakarta – Jakarta Timur

Requirement : 

• Male max 30 years old, Bachelor degree from IT / Information System / Computer Science
• Having at least four years of relevant work experience in the design, development, configuration, implementation, and management of enterprise networks using a variety of solutions from various vendors/brands, Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet
• Ability to challenge assumptions/ideas as appropriate based on data
• Proven experience in managing long-term projects and complex integration as part of a wider team
• Understanding of Project Management practices and tools
• Understanding of general business concepts, such as TCO, business continuity, cost saving, opportunity cost, etc
• Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL and TOGAF frameworks
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience in managing long-term projects/milestones with multiple teams

Job description :

• Responsible for operation of network and security equipment including upgrade, patch, and monitoring
• Maximizes network performance optimization
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network services and network devices
• Exposure to and understanding of remote monitoring & management tools such as ManageEngine, Solar wind, Zabbix, PRTG, etc
• Creativity in anticipating and solving unprecedented infrastructure & network problems, and in thinking of new ways to bring more insight and value
• Proven systematic problem-solving approach and mitigation of hardware & topology failures
• Strong knowledge and ability to implement, troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
• Documentation skills and attention to detail for documentation (design documentation, processes/procedures, environment diagrams, etc.)
